Dave Aizer is a television host and writer. Most recently, he hosted "The Morning Show", a television morning show on WSFL-TV (the CW affiliate) in South Florida. Dave and his co-host Kristin Anderson were live every weekday morning from 5-9 am, bringing South Floridians their fix of news, entertainment, lifestyle and sports content, as well as celebrity interviews.
Prior to "The Morning Show", Dave worked in Manhattan where he hosted, and created, "BleacherBloggers.com", an online sports talk show centered around the sports blogging community. In addition, he was a writer for Tru TV, and hosted for Spike TV, American Idol Online and The Onion News Network.
Younger fans may remember Dave from his years on Nickelodeon. There, he hosted the hit game show "Slime Time Live" and is in the Guiness Book of World Records for the most slime dumped at one time. In addition, he hosted "Nickelodeon GAS" and "Robot Wars" for Nick.
Dave got his start professionally as the host of Disney World's "ESPN Club"; interviewing top athletes such as Joe Namath, Pete Rose, Barry Bonds and Reggie Jackson. He also served as lead play by play broadcaster and sports director for the University of Miami's student radio station, WVUM.
Additionally, Dave was a member of the prestigious Groundlings Improv Comedy Troupe in Los Angeles.
Dave graduated from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida and The University of Miami. He currently resides in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and is an avid athlete, movie buff and guitar player.
